Shervin has run multiple complex businesses and functions with over 1100 employees and has served customers across the globe in various industries. He has been part of the executive team of a major Fortune 500 company. He has extensive experience in identification and implementation of changes locally and globally that can transform a business. His passion is to bring the necessary changes through the power of people and harnessing and developing organizational talent. Shervin has substantial knowledge in managing operational units such as Manufacturing and Packaging within the Pharma environment. Shervin’s background is strengthened by his education in biochemistry and pharmaceutical technology. He has also gained significant knowledge in lean manufacturing by obtaining a black belt in Lean Six Sigma. Shervin has been able to combine strategic business levers with driving the performance culture through developing people in many organizations. He endeavors to improve organizational culture through sustainable and purposeful changes.
