Ronald is a Principal engineer and Chief Technology Officer at Hyde Engineering + Consulting. He is responsible for the delivery and quality of all engineering projects executed by Hyde Engineering + Consulting and the technology applied to these solutions. As a subject matter expert, he provides direct engineering and consulting services to clients.

Ronald started his career at Hyde in 1999 and has extensive experience in capital projects for biopharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, including automation, start-ups, commission, and qualification. He has worked on biotherapeutic and vaccine manufacturing facilities design as well as fill finish facilities. His design experience includes implementation of hybrid design utilizing an optimum mix of stainless-steel reusable equipment and single use equipment. Prior to this, he worked in nuclear power as a process and layout engineer with Stork Engineers and Contractors. In addition to his depth of experience in design and project management, Ronald has served as an expert witness and consulted on complex litigation cases for large construction projects.

Ronald graduated from the Higher Technical College Amsterdam with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a minor in Business Management and is a member of the ASME BPE System Design subcommittee.
