François Lavallée
Biologiste Organisationnel
Francois Lavallee started his career by completing a M.Sc. in molecular biology. Studying the chromatin structure of a protein that makes rats urinate for 3 years taught him his first important life lesson: in life, one must learn to be fluid.
After 5 years in his field of expertise in industrial and academic laboratories, he experimented firsthand a different reality: unemployment. This enlightening experience taught him the second important life lesson that forged his character: in life, even if one is fluid and flexible, one must have liquidity to go on!
Almost 20 years in training completed the list of life lessons:
1- Never assume the audience knows nothing about the topic
2- Never assume the audience knows everything about the topic
3- Never, never assume that YOU know everything about the topic
4- Never cease to learn
He specializes in dynamic and surprising appearances : conferences, training sessions, communities of practices and team-building activities to suit his clients’ needs.
Francois underwent a final mutation in 2005 when he started his own business; he became an organizational biologist. He now studies life in organization and helps his client make sense of the complexity and uncertainty in their environment. To accomplish this he activates the ultimate complexity management tool his clients’ employees’ brain!
