Flora is a Quality Leader with 15+ years of experience in Health Canada regulated industries. Flora has provided general GMP consulting guidance and QA oversight from early to late phase clinical to commercial operations.

In her current role as Manager, GMP Consulting Services at Q&C Services, she adept at dealing with large continuous improvement and remediation initiatives, training, auditing and liaising with regulators on behalf of clients.

Flora is an advocate of coaching/mentorship and spreading knowledge/expertise to strengthen teams.

In her last role at Sanofi Pasteur, as the Document Manager, she had the privilege of overseeing all GMP documentation across all departments on site (from R&D to commercial operations – bulk manufacturing, fill&pack, validation, sterility assurance, quality control, quality assurance etc.).
