Carolyn joined Envirotainer as is Strategic Account Manager in spring of 2022, following 20+ years working in the airfreight industry – specifically with airlines – and always in the air cargo department. She’s held positions in sales, customer service, operations and product development – the most recent 7 years, focused on specialized air cargo processes specifically for temperature-controlled commodities such as pharmaceuticals.

Carolyn is based in Toronto with commercial responsibility for Canada. She engages with various stakeholders within Canada’s life sciences community – pharma manufacturers, CMOs, R&D organizations, and their transportation and logistics partners. Her area of focus is to collaborate with those directly involved in supply chain, process qualification, transportation & logistics.

A former member of IATA’s Time & Temperature Working Group and holder of their CEIV Pharma certification, (the airfreight industry’s benchmark of GDP), airfreight is a part of Carolyn’s DNA and she’s proud to call herself a “cargo person!”
