With 20 years’ experience in Biotech, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices companies in Europe, Africa, Latin America, and North America. He holds a M.Sc. in Pharmacy by University of Porto in Portugal, and he had worked in Oral Solid Dosage In Portugal and Brazil, where he startup, as Production Manager, a world-class industrial plant in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil (largest plant in Latin America, paperless).

He worked prospecting new business and markets in several African countries and coordinating Medicines Supply Chains and logistic between Europe and African Governments and Agencies. During the time he worked in Manaus he founded a Biotech company, specialized in APIs and products from the Amazon rain forest. Some years later, in 2017 he was working as CEO of a Medical Device company in Sao Paulo.

In 2019 he was invited to work on the Septodont Group, the global leader on Dental Anesthesia, on the Brazilian plant DLA Pharma (Aseptic Dental injectable), as Site Director. Since 2022, He is the Director of Production at Novocol Pharma (Injectable Dental and CDMO), in Cambridge, Ontario, where he leads Production, Maintenance and Operational Excellence team.

During the leisure times he train for triathlon races, explore Ontario and read about vary subjects. He is doing a PhD in Philosophy.
