Before joining Optima, Marjeta served as Director at one of the oldest and most prestigious family-owned fragrance companies, where she led the launch of luxury, niche fragrances to high-end retail stores. Her experience in this role honed her ability to understand market dynamics and craft tailored strategies for a premium audience, all while ensuring exceptional brand integrity.
