Maddy Cloutier is a driven Project Engineer-in-Training at Thermo Fisher Scientific with a strong foundation in managing facility and utility construction and upgrade projects. Her ability to coordinate multiple high-impact initiatives is matched by her dedication to mentoring co-op students and fostering future talent in engineering.

A proud graduate of Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering (Bioengineering option), Maddy has been an active force in ISPE Canada for three years. She served as the Emerging Leaders Committee Marketing Lead for two years and now sits on the Board of Directors as the Emerging Leaders Committee Chair. In this role, she drives initiatives that promote engagement, mentorship, and leadership development for students and recent graduates in the pharmaceutical industry, leveraging her technical expertise and collaborative spirit to inspire positive change.

Maddy is passionate about fostering professional growth, advancing industry innovation, and creating a meaningful impact both in her projects and through her volunteer leadership.
