An engineer by training and scientist at heart, Debleena has donned roles spanning R&D to Manufacturing, and Business Development, giving her a unique understanding and appreciation for different parts of the biopharmaceutical industry.

She started her career as a vaccinologist at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), US DoD. At Therapure Biopharma, Inc., she led and supported large-scale manufacturing operations for several clinical and commercial programs before moving to their Business Development team.

Now, as Director of Sales and BD at Resilience, she continues to leverage her diverse background to build partnerships with biopharma companies and academic institutions to help them scale and grow.
