Amanat is a Professional Engineer with design, process and automation experience in cGMP manufacturing environments, including cell gene therapy, vaccine, API, and fill-finish manufacturing facilities. Currently, she is a Operational Excellence Engineer with Thermo Fisher Scientific. Her experience includes continuous improvement projects for all site business and manufacturing processes, equipment, utilities, and automation (IT/OT).

She is proficient at leading projects, meeting project timelines, and working with cross-functional teams. With extensive management experience, she is adept at guiding teams, fostering improvement, and strategic decision-making. She graduated with a master’s degree (thesis-based) in Bioresource Engineering from McGill University. Amanat is passionate and driven to break barriers, foster growth, and make a positive impact.
