Helen is a professional engineer and has possessed hands-on experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries since 1997. Her areas of specialization are project management, commissioning, qualification, and validation of GMP equipment and systems. Her role in client projects is to set technical strategies/approach to ensure compliance to regulations and leverage industry best practices.

Helen has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence and motivate cross-functional teams and client representatives to meet business objectives. She is strongly related to people from diverse backgrounds, including international work experience in Europe and U.S.A.

She has also served ISPE Canada Affiliate on Board of Directors since 2016, currently is the Treasurer for the Affiliate.
